Our culinary team relies on freshness, and the best quality available from every growing season. They have abundant local resources from which to obtain their ingredients. Growers in and around Chiang Mai supply organic produce, delivered to our kitchens and served at your table, fresh and bursting with natural flavour. The Royal Projects supply large quantities of fruit and vegetables, coffee and jungle teas grow on hillside plantations, cacao plantations supply artisan chocolate, dairy cattle graze on a nearby farm, mushrooms grow in the mushroom houses, and local beekeepers supply honey.
