HONG’s Chinese Restaurant & Sky Bar opens up an entirely different perspective of Chiang Mai. From the 16th floor and rooftop are extraordinary vistas of Doi Suthep and the city below, to be contemplated while indulging in regional Chinese cuisines, Teresa Teng-inspired afternoon tea with rare blends, and crafted cocktails at the Sky Bar.

The restaurant is styled after a grand mansion from an earlier era, with traditional Chinese furnishings of fine craftsmanship that exude opulence and wealth. The culinary arts of China, including cooking methods, ways of preserving and pickling, and a variety of ingredients, are all celebrated in the heritage recipes served at the restaurant.
